Basics of Digital Audio - You guys seen this?

I happened upon this video on another forum, the video goes through some truths and myths about digital audio, and I thought it had some good depth and visual demonstrations.
The beginning is pretty basic but then it shows for example different kinds of dithering demonstrated, explains why a square wave is a ripple / wavy line due to band limiting etc.
