only people with a supercharger in their NI account got the upgrade email.

You also have to actually be logged in to your account (just a friendly reminder in case you've overlooked it).

if you are not logged in before the ordering process they remember you to log in.

Actually, the Mild setting is not too bad at low settings. The character knob, especially Fat and Warm were better than I thought they'd be. This is a great upgrade for $50.

Well according to my account, the freebie is not upgradable. That's different from Skanner which gave me an upgrade price to Skanner XT. $99 is a little too rich for me...

the thing is that peeps got an offer via email for the upgrade but it says then that they are not qualified. i'm very sure it's a bug on their side because i guess most people who got the mail have supercharger as x-mas gift in their accounts.

If anything, it's probably because in your account it says, "Supercharger (Xmas Gift 2013)" or something like that instead of just "Supercharger" -- I'm sure this will be cleared up relatively quickly.

If I can't upgrade and use my voucher then this is no for me....I'll just wait for Komplete Ultimate 10 which WILL include it (since I will have to pay $150 to upgrade anyway, might be worth the wait, heh).
