Cubase 7.5 official announcement!

Finally found some time to check out revelation in Cubase 7.5 using a HALion 5-patch from my library Sonic Cinema and I like the sound of this reverb. Adding modulation to their algo reverb tail was a very good decision!

That's a great wee demo! Puts me in the mind of a Robert Rich / Lustmord soundscape escapade (or Steve Roach - Magnificent Void). Quite tempted to play around with Revelation. Having Arts Acoustic Reverb I've become dependent on it as a 'go to', and never really considered Revelation at all (in fact, I think I had performance issues with it in earlier Cubase incarnations, perhaps these are resolved now?).

(edit - duh, I'm thinking of REVerance, not REVelation... confusing names)

Thank you! I think Reveleation plays in the same sonic league as e.g. VRoom, not as versatile maybe and only one algo compared to many in Vroom, but still good.
Before the Steinberg algo reverb sounded very static and metallic resonances would build up easily when using long reverb times, not very nice. This has totally changed with this verb, I hope they'll add this to their other products like HALion 5 and Padshop Pro, that would be perfect!
