Per everyone wondering why the hate on a single song:
I seriously thought this was a joke. I didn't think this was real. My jaw, literally dropped in amazement at how bad this is for an artist who is signed to a major label. I mean I have heard bad come out of major labels, but usually I can tolerate it, this though, I am still in disbelief about this.
See, I thought it was a joke because I was watching a comedy video by the aforementioned youtube user who through this song in as an example, and him being a comedian, I just thought it was a joke. But, curiosity got the better of me, "Is this REALLY a joke?" so I searched it, and sure enough....a signed artist.

He was referring to a song by industrial band Throbbing Gristle from 1978. It's about a million miles away from the flute song.

Wow...that was something. I want to say it was cool, but....uh....it definitely was interesting.
Definitely had a cool atmosphere though! I don't heard the 'Hamburger Lady" in there, but maybe I'm not on the right drugs....

OMG! These songs are multiplying faster than viruses. Time to leave the Earth and leave the place to some brainwashed teenagers.

But i will explain, why these tunes are so popular. They are popular amongst teenagers in most cases, who, besides commercial radio music, don't listen to anything else. They don't surf Youtube for electronic music, so when they got this, it was like "Holy molly f@king shid!! I love this "electro"! it's so creative and new!!"

And if you attach some attractive "musician" faces to it, then it's like a full win. That's how it works. The next "new" style for kiddies will be Drum'n'base (and of course it will be totally screwed up). So teenagers will be screaming "It's so fresh and innovative and those musician are only 16 years old! Genius!

Good news, good music will be always there too, regardless any commercial trends.

Signal to noise ratio... decreasing... everyone says they "love music", coulda fooled me. It's just a fashion accessory to show which tribe you belong to. Music is actually devolving, as is everything else that feels the caress of the mighty dollar. I would say we'll be back to banging logs but I actually think that would be an insult to our great ancestor's music, which was probably way more advanced and pure of intent and transcendental than this gunge that the "industry" pumps out now.

"don't h8, ur jsut a jelly ha8trer cuz dey av more munni den u" that argument can be used at just about any atricity*. Don't hate Hitler - you're just jealous because he had more power than you!

Usually it comes down to either money or power. The only thing most people understand, so they assume their motives are others' motives.
