Strange.
I bought two items at the Cakewalk store, to Dimension expansions, did pay them with paypal and they did not appear in my account but are still on the shoping card at the Cakewalk store.
Did anybody had the same strange experience.
I wrote them a support ticket but so fare no answer.
Will see Monday what happens.

..but at least in your account under "my orders" should be every order you did (btw. cakewalk have three different stores).
