Stereo Delay in Relectro?

I bougth Relectro few days ago. Haven't done anything serious with it but after a bit of play I think does could be my 'secret weapon' for creating hard forms of techno.

Quick question; the delay function has a bipolar dial button. The setting in the middle is mono. I don't understand from the manual what's the difference between left and right (probably language barrier?).

I know the difference between mono and stereo of course, but what's te difference of turning the knob left or right? Does it invert left and right?

Although this is an odd effect plugin, I really like the manual. Great effort on explaining everything.
