Perhaps it can't find the bundled soundtouch.dll, depending on hosts/OS, (works fine here), try moving that dll in the same dir as the host executable or the system path and see if it works like that.

what eidenk says.
put soundtouch.dll in host root folder should do it.
i'm working on another version of the pingpong too.

Anyone looking in may think it odd we are talking in different posts about Soundtouch and Soundtorch.
They are entirely separate items and bear no relation or relevance to one another.
