I can almost guarantee that the next update of Live WILL have this feature though.

Not sure if this has been mentioned here before, but for the ones interested in a Dubspot hands-on treatment of Bitwig: be sure to check their stream that is about to go live in 80 mins from now.

What i'm really hoping for after 1.0 is a built-in spectrum analyzer and a "random" MIDI tool like in Live - very useful for generative, IDM-ish tracks. Although i guess i could use the step mod or an LFO to modulate note pitch, right?
And of course the possibility to bounce individual drum pads, that would be THE Killer feature for me personally.
No real showstoppers for me so far, as i'm sure Multi-out VSTs will be added shortly after release and if the audio mod in fact works as well as Dom said in the last video then "regular" sidechaining will be substituded more than equally imho.
Looping forward to release, can't wait to finally test it.

My co-worker Oscar hosted the first of several Bitwig demos at Sam Ash locations around the US, last night. I will be attending the demo in LA on Saturday.

Another co-worker of mine, Tim Chandler (the fellow who does all the Nektar demos at trade shows), will also be doing Bitwig demonstrations in the UK.

Sorry guys, indeed no (live) stream.. silly me. Must have misread it due to all the excitement, hehe
Indeed Xerxes, after seeing all videos posted on Youtube and reading the discussion here on KVR with the beta testers, it's hard to find any fresh nuggets of information on Bitwig.
Just one more week... must.. keep.. patient...

Btw, what are the other per note controls available besides pitch and timbre? I'll add them too the list. And there is still no using that stuff with VSts through polyAT or has that changed?
