One of the main reasons why I am doing this is what your referring to, I wanted to open a window into my workflow. There is another reason, we'll more of an insight for me and this quote of my second "Buddhadrome" post describes it.

The most fun part since the project startup has been networking with other iOS musicians. Sharing ideas, music and also solving problems. I've never had this much fun before.

This is nifty. A bit more information on the apps used would be useful. But I do like the insight into the process. I have recently finally broke down and picked up an ipad 4 128 gig and have pretty well got it loaded for music production. Now just have to figure it all out
