if sleekM was there, he wouldnt have criticised the KvR McR one - he would still be scratching his head about the art work on sandfly cd:lol:Glassback wrote:What's pictured here is just the back cover - see the appropriate thread for the proper front cover.Sleepgolfer wrote:Who did the "artwork" for the cd? It's one of the worst ones I have ever seen! An ugly looking background butchered in Photoshop...Disaster
This back was put together in a hurry due to several delays in actually getting the CD burnt off in time.
And it wasn't done in photoshop either smart-alec.
So sorry we didn't have time to make a cover to suit your obviously high tastes and expectations on top of all the other things we were doing, with no time at all to do them in...

But then of course, we seem to be missing the point here - the cover's really not as important as the top quality music it wraps around.

Front or back, it's still a disaster...And people, the CD covers are important. Sometimes the visual and audio complement each other, giving you, if you will, a deeper insight to what the artist has to say...anyway, I wouldn't be happy if I made a song that means a lot to me and you dudes slapped a green vomit all over it...would you?

I've already said we were pushed for time and it was a rush job in the end and that this is just the back cover.
I don't hear any of the artists on it moaning so who the f**k are you??
Butt out my friend before I lose my rag wit ya.

i think you're right mystahr... he obviously knows his stuff.
just incase you feel like mentioning it again tho - (a) nobody cares about this opinion you are presenting, and (b) the guys had about two hours to make it anyway. if it's lo quality, then thats why. but it does the trick and we think it (the front and back combined) portrays the journey the cd follows from start to finish. i think the most important factor is point (a), of course.
