Hi! Id prefer some pro studio people with/or somebody with relative experiance from this, to coment, if possible!

Im looking for a drum/percussion library of the quality as the sample CDs from Spectrasonics; Liquid grooves, and Distrorted Reality.
the problem is that all the sounds are from chopped up loops, made with Recycle, so when you try to make your own grooves, it sounds cutting, and unrealistic.
So you have to stay with the original groove to get it sounding natural.

Im looking for a similar product, but with the whole drum samples intact, so one can arrange original grooves, without loosing the tail of the drums. And rather use pre-grooves as presets to tweek, if desired.

Will either of these two sample vsti players do the trick?

1- Altered States (coming soon from Zero-G, 320$)
2-Stylus RMX (coming from Spectrasonic in september, 299$)

Thanks!
Kim

You're in for a treat,

maybe you're just looking for sampled drumkits?

I'm just about to release my drumkits, probably this week. They will work with most, if not all, softsamplers available. I think they're pretty good, but have been told that they're awesome.

There's also another freebie of similar, if not better quality at http://www.natural-studio.co.uk/ns_kit.htm

Try those first,

and then maybe start thinking about shelling out for something like http://www.fxpansion.com/product-bfd-main.php

NS_Kit = fantastic, very good for layers - I can recommend too

BFD and RM4 are sample manipulators to consider - both with great kits.

Best regards,
