IMHO, its almost like Sylenth and Massive had a one night stand and now somebody's stuck paying child support. Like a fusion of both synths in one. At least thats how I'd describe the "feel" of it. Very similar to both in some ways. I like Spire a lot!
Generous demo, too. You can save patches on it. The noise woosh ever few minutes is annoying, but completely understandable. As far as genres go, Spire is great for a large variety - dubstep, trance, house, hip hop, etc. Not sure yet about chiptunes or complex soundscapes, but an early impression so far indicates such. Easy workflow, too.

Yep, definitely late to the party. Nowadays I'm a bit more careful about buying new synths and prefer to only do so if I really plan to use it. This thing is a definite workhorse, not a one trick pony.

@bailees: lol! Good one. Truth be told, I'm typing on a tablet and got a little clumsy there. Big fingers + tiny keys = fail.

So how is Spire's CPU usage on your comp? I've heard that the CPU is sky high and my computer is an old, slow piece of sh**, so I haven't even tried the demo yet. :o

Yes, some might say that Spire Synthesizer sounds rather fine indeed my good man. Yes, very fine indeed.

Can't argue with that... And it keeps getting better and better!
I will take the Lord's name in vain, whenever I want. Hail Satan! And his little goblins too.

It is a beast and I love it! I did a whole song with it...the obvious titled track on my Soundcloud page.

So can we assume there will be a Xenos patch bank in the not too distant future?
:hihi:

Let me guess... you are gonna make a sound bank for it soon... was this masked spam necessary?

Spire is the only synth I use anymore. The only reason I didn't sell everything else yet is because I'm too buy making killer tunes with Spire to even be bothered. That new Scorpion filter is sweet.

OK, so how much did you get to post this kind of promo? A free licence?

digital that is, and for most part boring. Even new filters are plastic fantastic.
Neither I'm fond of Massive or sylenth1, just that I have them for ages, tucked away in directories within directories, like dream within a dream.
Soundbanks for Serum, Bazille, Diva, lush-101, Zebra2, Monark... Here

Well, I got no crusade against Spire, I would like to buy it at one point.

But I got a crusade against blatant promo attempts like this thread, when there already is a dedicate Spire thread on the first page of the instrument forum.
