Still waiting for this, specially since all of their instruments had been updated to the new version.

what he said.

it's just around the corner...

as soon as they release 3 or 4 more updates to lounge lizard and a few ultra analog sound sets.. they'll have a clean desk with which to pound out tassman5.

it's been how many years now? more than 10? tassman 4 was released in 2004 right?

it's great sounding software. shame if it's not brought into this decade.

Its GUI problems weren't sensible in the LAST decade, honestly.

Tassman 5 was a good fellow, i remember fond memories of working with him back in the day. :hihi:

Actually I kind of hope they come out with some game changing physical modelling tech in Tassman 5 soon.

The updates to all of the other instruments were minimal - slight GUI update (still tiny and not resizable) a few effects, nothing to the core engines. I don't hold out a lot of hope for much more than a facelift.

I feel the same way. I'd love them to really do something groundbreaking with tassman but in the end it'll probably just be a gui update with the same cumbersome workflow followed by several cheesy videos with that guy with bottle glasses jamming on it.

Totally. A pioneer in keyboard technique. I learned about him through AAS, and he's worth getting to know better (YouTube) if you are into keys.
