Skip to 2:47 to hear a synth(ish thing) that sounds like a trumpet being shoved up some dudes ass after he ate a 6-month expired cheese burger and then bitcrushed to the bone. How was this made? (other than the obvious bitcrush job)

Not on youtube, but the lead synth sounds like a broken cello sound being injected into the matrix and spewed back on earth (extreme physical modelling job?), I dunno but I dig it to the extreme though, but again how was this made you think?

The sound starting at 5:03, anyone know how this strange piano-y, synth-y, guitar-ish "dhhuuurrmm" noise was created?
