Yes Pace is a pain and it actually borked my Waves installation after installing the Air stuff. However, a simple "transfer" within the program worked fine. And Vacuum is a great sounding and fun VI to play with.
So a little effort can go a long way and make for some good music once you get past the Pace woes.

not good is if you have the expansion pack 2 the update to 2.02 is $30.. ..people which update now for $130 saved $50 instead of people who updated from vacuum to pack 2 for $150 in the last weeks.
