Rent a car, park it in front of their place, and put Paul Anka's "You're Having My Baby" on, looped, until the car battery goes flat.

Have it towed, and they'll never know who was responsible.

You could pull the same thing off with a remote- controlled boom box.

My brother used to play 'One trick pony' by Paul Simon, repeatedly, very bleedin loud at 7:30 am every damned Sunday morning...he knew I'd struggled in at 4:30 from a Friday night/Sat night residency at a club four hours drive away from home.
He's still an arsehole thirty years later.
God I hate Paul Simon.
