Im no filter geek but my two favourites are Etch and The Drop.

These are my initial impressions from a quick tweak.

This uses more CPU than both the above and lacks that special something about the sound.
Uses about 50% on my 1.84 dual core laptop. The drop uses about 20% in Sallen Key mode with just the Low Pass activated.

But SVG-24 has a lower hit on Abletons CPU meter, so has less impact on latency.

SVG-24 sounds like it has less "body" and the stereo image sounds narrower than with The Drop and Etch.

Thanks much for the info, VariKusBrainZ ;)

anyone else? more details, more impressions, please.

Nae demo?

Video demo doesn't really give me a clear impression of what it's like.

Think I'll keep saving for The Drop

50% off with KVR code just right after introducing? hmm... :?
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Nothing wrong with introductory sales, it gets the product out there which leads to word of mouth buzz and so forth. I'm only skeptical of the lack of demo.... And I just don't really need a filter.

that's not the same like introductory sales right from the start. OP VariKusBrainZ paid $39 for it when it came out a few days ago.

I'm really interested in this product because of the EnvFollower and the SideChain-Input.
But what do they modulate? The cutoff? :)

isnt that plugin an emulation of one of the optionnal Filter cards on old school Akai samplers

does the filter frequency go up to 20Khz ?
If your plugin is a Synth-edit/synth-maker creation, Say So.

I was wondering why they didn't seem to be having an introductory price since it's their first Plugin etc. etc.

Where did you see this discount coupon? I got the newsletter but didn't notice one there or anywhere else for that matter.

What is it?

Thanks.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.
