Column Width Issue in Setlist Window - Windows 8.1

I sent Brad an email, but posting here for visibility.

In Windows 8.1 (64) on a Dell XPS12 tablet/notebook (2560x1440), the Setlist window Program# column is fixed-width and only renders wide enough to show one digit of the Midi Program#.



Any way to adjust column width?
