The best analyzers are SPAN by Voxengo, FreqAnalyst (Pro) by Blue Cat Audio and MAnalyzer by Meldaproduction! :love:

I have the Flux system with the metering option and use it regularly. I like how configurable it is and how easy it is to switch between different layouts with the tab key. However, I think it's worth mentioning it's not actually a plugin in the typical sense. It works in standalone mode and receives the signal from the DAW via a simple little dedicated "Sample Grabber" that you insert on your master bus (or, wherever you want to meter). I also have a few of the Blue Cat metering plugins and really like the multi-analyzer for comparing spectrums from several different tracks/sources simultaneously.
