Should not take too long now but there is no official release date yet.
Currently also checking the installers if they work properly.

One hopes that with the 64 bit versions almost complete Waldorf

Time to sell their plugins. Theiy never consider to implement feature requests. What a shame.

There will not be new features indeed and testing is already tedious enough without that as we speak about multiple plugin at different platforms and multiple plugin formats.
Opposing to what some peope believe doinf 64-bit updates is not a simple task and several new bugs were introduced with that. For new formats like e.g. VST3 and AAX it could be even worse.
Besides that there are additional new plugin formats like e.g. VST3 (both 64-bit and 32-bit) and AAX for Pro Tools. AAX has be tested further which means testing could take a little longer while as already mentioned currently the installers with all plugins are tested. Those will also include seperate deinstallers for different formats (e.g. VST2 64-bit).
For Windows alone this means that around 25 plugins are existing for those 3 prodducts (or better 5 as Waldorf Edition includes 3...) that are updated (including the 32-bit ones) and for Mac you could add the AUs to this.

Like e.g. doing a PC/Mac version of Waldorf Nave? :D

No need to add features, the synths are great as they are.. as long as they work and are stable.

The only feature I'm missing in Largo are assignable Ctrl W/X/Y/Z modulators (on Blofeld you can designate a CC number to any of those, and use them as external modulators).

Well, the PPG filter type also wouldn't be amiss! :)

I know...
I had talked about this possibility with Stefan Stenzel at the Musikmesse while playing with Nave on his iPad...

Having Nave for PC will be awesome indeed. I don't own an iPad (and no Mac and also no iPhone...) so don't own it at the moment.

I had mentioned certain requests to the developer but i also understand his point of not implementing those at this time. Does not mean it is not mpossible to add those in future updates.

Yup. So all I can do is hope there will be any more updates for Largo after this important one...

I'm sure the upgrade will cost money. And what does mean - No FR needed? Why?

Exponential increase in Modulation amount is terrible. The same goes to LFO fade in/out. Also, the extremely curvy attack of AMP Envelope is hell for pad sound.

They never added ANY previous FRs after the initial release, so i don't hope to see it changes.

Based on what? When Waldorf Edition got a 64-bit update, it was 100% free.

Based on Ingo's words about how hard and long was the process of upgrading all the plugins. Sure, it's my speculations. Let's see if Ingo got some info about it.
