I say this often myself, but many people (including musicians) do not understand where there is at. It is to me the very essence of why music is such a factor in my life and has such a positive influence on me over the years. Joy Division is one of those situations where a band and a producer both did their best work simultaneously. Maybe a little chicken and egg, but on both sides of things they made the reputation of the other.
