Please help me to identify this preset!

I have listened to this preset a few times overtime and now I have a project that I would like to use it. It is an arpeggiator sound/effect used since 80s and every now and then it appears again in a tune. Seems that it never get old!

Anyway it can be heard at the the Claudio Gizzi 'Droid' tune (below) starting at 2:27...



It's the automatic arpeggiated sound effect that seems to be keeping dynamic filtered by a filter travelling lo-hi-lo band. Sorry this is the best way I can explain the sound I am talking about.

I would appreciate if someone could point me some VST plugin (preferrably free) where I can find it. I use FruityLoops.
