Hello, I have not long started producing and I have just started to start playing around with effects.

I was just wondering what effect is used at around 2.32 on the bass in this song

Any help would be appreciated.

A resonant filter.

To be exact, a highpass filter with a little steeper cutoff. I don't think there's any resonance applied to it, it's more likely it gets that subtle "bump" effect due to the steepness of the cutoff.

I agree, its probably a high pass filter on the EQ.

The bassline probably has a LFO AUto Filter on it. With the Autofilter is a cutoff to make it work.

What effect is this?
