I'm about to start with a DAW, I was and am into analog stuffs so far so it's time to extend my possibilities. I've checked a few sites about DAWs, posted my questions as well although I didn't get an adequate answer.
What really interests me is that I use a DSI mopho keyboard, a monophonic synth with two oscillators and am wondering if I can change its oscillators frequency by midi CC or anyhow? The process what I’m in is to play the desired notes and than play it back as a loop to twist them with the other knobs like filter, lfo etc. you know. I’d like to automate the oscillators frequency, both or at the same time, that's really important, basically my question is =) and change them note after note, therefore I can focus on other parameters.
Sorry if my question is so obvious, as mentioned I'm just about to start and my choice of DAW depends on this topic.
I have Mac Osx 10.8.2 and a Focusrite 2i2.
