The Aussie library will also run in Kontakt, maybe with a dedicated GUI ?

Wow, that is good. That's one of those "if you could only buy one, buy this one" refills.
So I bought it.
So I bought it.

The words that keep coming back browsing through patches is "very usable".TheoM wrote:Actually, I agree with you Yves! It really is the "buy this one above all others" refill. The other sort of "all purpose" ones are the bitword stuff, which is also very good. But I think the value of the way beyond fairlight is the best of the lot. AFAIK this used to be over $100 and still worth it. I can only imagine the painful amount of hours put into creating all these patches.
Real building blocks, not show-off patches that don't fit in anywhere.

I thought you were done with Reason. Didn't they ban you? What happened?

^^^ Oh, thanks for the explanation. I'm glad you're feeling better. Are you still using Logic or you're 100% Reason now?
edit: After re-reading your post I think I have the answer. You use Reason rewired inside Logic.

TheoM wrote:I sent Ernst a personal email apologising for my behaviour in the past, and explained to him how my mind just wasn't right with the massive amounts of pain medication I was on and also the constant pain i was in. I told him I was also banned from here, and it was a real wake up call, and I'd sorted my life out and since January when I came back here i'd been a completely different person than I ever had been here, with regards to posting. You can see for yourself, it's like a different me, which I also promised Ben and the mods and have stuck to to the absolute letter. I told him if they'd have me back, i would treat all at the forums with respect and present issues in a constructive manner, and regardless what anyone said to me, would not get hostile. I'd politely say something , once, then just ignore anyone who baited me.xx JPRacer xx wrote:I thought you were done with Reason. Didn't they ban you? What happened?
And again, I have stuck to it profusely.
The reason is, as I explained to him, my beats were really suffering, as I couldn't find a replacement i liked for doing my electronic drum work, nor one for Dr Rex for loops. In fact, this whole time I have had the reason demo rewired into logic to make do. I told him I realised any RE purchases were for life, and that i would not buy anything gung ho as in the past, only after the full demo period and if i really *needed* it. I said to him to keep the email as documented proof that I would never cause propellerhead any problems again.
He said they would treat me like any other customer and welcome back. Everyone at the forum has been fantastic so far. So that is pretty much the whole story. I knew someone would ask, and am happy to answer.
That said, Patrick's refill is truly amazing, and I mean every word of what I say in this topic.. It's a must have for Reason users. (and not to mention, you can use 100 instances of it and still barely blip the CPU lol, as it uses reason factory devices).
pretty cool things worked out...

Can't stress enough what a massive and massively useful refill this is.
Those drum kits alone are some of the most useful I've ever heard.

Just upgraded from Platinum to WBF... First chance to try it out and BAM! Patrick added a bunch of extra "mini refills" to the WBF set.
I haven't even touched WBF yet as I thought to give the extras a spin and oh boy, I am still in the process of tinkering with the *first* extra refill after an hour and a half... and it. is. just. Awesome! The attention to detail (especially in the combis) is amazing, can't wait to get to play with the rest!
