Chords, scales, harmony, melody, etc.

some vsts somehow dont work right with the pitching in fl studio, and this gets heavily on my nerves :(, needa open a ticket very soon to specify the problems!

but i am asking myself if i can avoid this maybe?

i wanna pitch my whole project to FOR EXAMPLE -600 cents, the master pitch doesnt effect all vsts sometimes, or when i reopen the project it wont be played with -600 cents on all vsts, hence i dunno why.
so i thought, is -600 cents = 6 notes down played? so normally i start on c5 and -100 cents would be equivalent to b4? is it possible to change pitch like that? or is pitching not in relation with note order?

Yes, 100 cents are 1 semitone.
