"Soon" :)

Seriously, they're a small company and I'm sure they're doing the best they can. They have a lot of products in their current line-up.
Available on iTunes, Amazon, etc.

Release dates that were published at Facebook so far, especially the first one, were not realistic IMO.

Of course i am not allowed to post details about certain problems that cauuse a delay of the release.

At the point when Waldorf decided it is finished...

AFAIK Waldorf will not release the updates in small parts, Either all or nothing.

Threads confusing the hell out of me...installers available, deinstallers available, updates not available, beta, facebook, your mums kitchen sink....

Just to be clear 64 bits are all work in progress, not finished, not released to the public and no point in emailing them?

Really nothing confusing about my posts. I never mentioned that the official release is done or that it will be within the next days.
The confusion about possible payments for the updates was started by speculations of Igro, not by me or someone else.

Concerning Installers i had mentioned that in the past there were only single plugin libraries/files but recently there were also installers which included bugs too and have to be tested.
Anyway in my post today i mentioned which formats are included with the Windows installer (currently 6) where the news is that it includes two formats for Pro Tools 10 and 11.

If Waldorf starts sending out certain file by email first this will lead to countless requests and second it is not sure that the plugins sent are as bug free as possible (also dpeneding on which are requested).

Speaking only for myself: I'm going to sit tight until the official announcements are made. We've waited this long so I'm sure waiting just a little bit longer isn't going to harm anyone!

Thanks for trying to keep us updated, Ingo! :tu:

Ingo apologies if you took this personally, I was referring to the thread as a whole.

this is exactly what i wanted to hear as a long-term owner of the respective waldorf synths who paid the full price and who is now waiting for the 64 bit updates for months.
respect :dog:

That's great. It clears up any concerns I had. Thanks Ingo and Waldorf. \m/

Oh yes, this is sorely missing!
+1 it means something simple to do in other synths (is Massive via macros) is hard to replicate in Largo

I also hope the update improves the GUI response, which can be painful even for selecting presets.

The sound is fantastic, as well as wanting better performance from 64bit - a version two would also be great!

Remind me, what is the difference between the Waldorf Edition that was given away with Beat mag, and the Waldorf Edition that is sold by Waldorf?

Post

Numanoid Probably it Waldorf Edition LE (Light Edition)

Attack
LE Limitations
The Attack LE is limited to the lower 12 sounds and 8 voices. If you want to play melodic sounds (the upper 12 sounds) you must upgrade to the full version of the Waldorf Edition.

D-Pole
LE Limitations
The D-Pole LE is the same as the full version. Its only difference is the LE copy protection.

PPG Wave 2.V
LE Limitations
The PPG Wave 2.V LE is limited to 1 MIDI Channel and 8 voices.

Post

Yes, it was the LE version that was shipped with Beat mag.
