Another amazing, splendid demo made by Mr VIVOLATOR , in the 80s Grand Style. InMatt's words, it's a "Didier Marouani meets Prince" approach, which shows off both the classic 80's polysynth sounds and the spacy effects textures that this synthesizer excels at "

* All presets rewritten for Xils 3 V2 and Xils 4
* 40+ presets added (Now more than 200 )
* Free for Xilistics owners ( Just log in to your Xils account and DL them )
* Presets names have been edited for this version ( 'B' Suffixed ) ( This_Bass --> This_Bass B )
* For Xils 4 users : Some preset will be too loud and clip a bit. A special version of Xilistics will be released for Xils 4 ( free for all Xilisctics owners of course) . However just slightly lower the general output of such presets and you can use the presetss without problem in the Xils 4. Besides that Xilistics V2 is fully compatible with Xils 4

Great review! Xils 4 in an amazing piece of software.

i didn't yet investigate the capacities of it sequencer, but it seems that the reviewer had a same strong impression about the quality of the original gear's restitution soundwise...really unique !

"People walked into the studio and thought we were playing one of our old analogue synths and not an emulation"

And the conclusion :

I counted the 5 Stars instruments in Computer Music 54 synths *2014 Best Of*, and there were only .... 7 until now

Xils 4 is the 8th wonder

Sets a new standard for analog modular synths imho.

This looks really cool. Xils software is all NFR from memory so this is not an option for me but will keep an eye out for if/when this policy changes and I will check this out again.
