no offense to anyone in particular, but i think that posting music should not make in into the main "active threads" list.

if you want to listen to music it is obvious where to go.

today there are many new tunes and they push out all the real news from the list.

on the other hand maybe it should
the site is about plugins
these plugins are used in tracks
surely(and i know this for a fact actually)devs enjoy hearing their plugs being used
therefore it is my opinion that the music is as important as the other news

This is where everyone is thinking ‘does he mean me?’

thing is the music forum is a very large part of K-v-R and it’s also a good way of hearing some synths in action that may not have made it onto users vsti directories – and the people posting songs with the list of tools they used to make them comes in real handy.

But as Normal says you should be able to alter what you want to see as the latest topics.

i didn't know you could customise the list, sorry. that makes this thread a bit silly

and no, i wasn't thinking about anyone's music. i very much enjoy listening to the tracks, but i like to see all the latest news first.

too many crap songs
