Stillwell Audio Version 3.00.00 finally is out!

VST, AU, AAX, CLAP, etc. Plugin Virtual Effects Discussion

Breeze wrote:@Stillwell/Schwa: A practical question: are all the new v2.4 plugin versions 100% functionally identical to their previous versions? Just concerned about compatibility with older projects. Thanks.

BTW: you might want to post something about this in your own forums... ;)
Well, obviously they're not 100% identical, or they wouldn't be a new version... :)

Parameters shouldn't have changed and yes, they should remain compatible on existing projects, but as always with ANYONE's software, especially if you use it to make money, make backups and test prior to committing to a new version.

Is Schwa still well, too :?:

VST3 is not registered...(?)

Did you put the key file in the same folder with the VST plugin? If VST2 shows as registered that doesn't automatically make the VST3 (or AAX or RTAS) registered - make sure to put a copy of the key file everywhere you have the plugin, if you're using more than one format.

oh yessss. Olga was one of the few 32-bit plugs i had, and i was holding out on Oligarc for precisely that reason...
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

Did you find the licences?
If so, is Bombardier as good as you remembered it to be ?
I've never tried it...so far
I'm REALLY happy to have The Rocket working again in Logix X

so the 64 bit bug with bigger projects <2 GB crashing with stillwell plugs is finally gone? heavens, i never thought i would still be alive when this happens, really.
Finally!

so vibeq registers with VST 2 in Studio One V2.6.2 64 bit but VST3 runs in evaluation mode. what to do?
Finally!

See the post roughly three or four posts above...you have to copy the key file into the VST3 directory as well (or AAX, or RTAS, or AU) - each plugin looks in its own directory for the key file. Just because VST2 is registered doesn't mean that VST3 even knows VST2 is installed, much less registered.

Hope that helps. If not, please file a support ticket so we can help properly.

Sorry, it was really obvious what to do..
Finally!

No worries!

You are mixing them with a company known as "Mouse", or - as then are widely known : "Mau5".
it is them who we should refer to as "dead mau5".
