I'm a big fan of Plastikman (which has a new album out), but I don't know of any other *good* minimal techno artists. I'm looking for current artists who still produce.

Richie Hawtin's labels Minus Records and Plus 8 Records are good places to start your search. Here's a Minus compilation I'm rather fond of:

Magda caught my attention the most from that album. Stop EP and From the Fallen Page are standout albums for me.
See also the three-volume Plus 8 Classics. There is a ton of cool minimal techno there. I think I had to buy the CDs from Amazon.
BTW, I'm absolutely in love with EX right now. Such a great album.
