Waves L1/L2 Ultramaximizer?
I have the L1 and I must say... impressive.
Or maybe this one: SinusWeb PeakCompressor.
It's actually "just" a compressor+limiter and no ultra-louderinflatiorizatifier, it tames the occasional transient to avoid clipping or completely squashes everything, which then makes it possible to raise the overall volume of the track - so it does the same trick, just a lot less voodoo.
Costs 35$, the demo is mono only but has no other limitations or restrictions.
Well worth a look, I still wonder how I could've lived without this one...

UAD Precision Maximizer.
It generates different overtones to the Inflator (some guy found it out at the UAD forum) and this make a bit the difference about the sound.
I like the UAD Precision Maximizer more (I own the Inflator too).

+ for Voxengo Varisaturartor. As good - different tone, though. More natural "tubish", not the high-end pseudo-tube of Inflator.

I was asking myself the same question today, and was able to get extremely close with one great plugin, which also happens to be free - Camel Audio CamelCrusher!
Inflator - Effect and Curve to the max, presented here with a blue line.
CamelCrusher - Filter and Compressor disabled, Tube distortion at 9 o'clock, volume to the max.
Enjoy your free Sonnox Inflator!
