How to add downloaded Cream presets in OSX?

I'm really enjoying Cream, and I tracked down some presets online to expand its possibilities. However, I can't figure out how to add the presets to Cream. I have tried locating them in the same folder as the plugin, but no luck.

Can anyone explain how I might add these presets to Cream running in OSX?
