Thanks! I work on the principle that a theme must be developed. The strings are from ST2 I can't remember which offhand. I played some harmonic tricks to make it "go somewhere" at the end.

Thanks for the reviews and kind words. Interesting you say the music was not made for the video. Do you think the music is not really in the right genre for the video (which really is a kids game video I "borrowed").

Glad you liked the drums before the 1.37 mark. Many others hate my liking of tom-tom fills as a musical effect. Some hate it so much that they wanted to ban me from using it since I tried it the first time last year on a tune

Better quality sounds ya! I wish I could get the GPO yet. It is on my budget for this year(which is totally blown & overspend over the last 2 months with upgradings). In the mean while I make do with the cheapo libraries I purchased at bargain prices. But as they say, in the hands of a master even a rusted tin will sound good. Well, I'm not a master yet at making things sound realistic. Thanks for the headsup, I'll work on that aspect of my music.

Aight, another batch of incredibly subjective and random reviews, not to be taken too seriously:

"Type A" (nikp2000): I like this! Nice little theme song, could be from some slightly oddball 80's sci-fi TV-series like, oh I don't know, "Quantum leap" or something. But woah man, easy on that compressor, this thing pumps like nothing else.

Come to think of it, this wouldn't sound out of place in "Metropolis" (the animated one).

"The Build" (ianweb123): Very atmospheric, great buildup, nice sounds! Subtle enought fit right into a movie, it keeps the interest without becoming overwhelming. Underwater sci-fi, definately. "Deep Star 6" would have been a better film with this tune in it.

"Skytown 2" (InfektedM): Like "The Build" this is great atmospheric "background" music for a sci-fi movie scene. Perfect for those sweeping "desolate-landscape" shots. "Mission to Mars" or "Red Planet", maybe?

"Wake Up" (joenco): Needed a few listens, but it grew on me. Creepy stuff indeed, I'd pick this one for "Event Horizon" - Special KVR Edition.

"The T-Williamanator" (t-willy): Winner of the craziest genre-mixing, radio-showesque, bag-pipe ridden, utter lunacy prize. Man, what are you ON?!

Some nice guitars saves this from complete madness. A good kind of madness, though. Travis, you nutter!

Sign up for the upcoming "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" movie with this one, please.

Right, all this reviewing and movie-referencing stuff is making me thirsty, time for a beer.

right, a bit of explaining to do i guess. simple really - a while back scuzzphut called me t-william. of course i objected

and more people starting calling me t-william. just kind of spun off from there............
anyhow, i vowed to have my revenge

(well not really) but this idea came about and i decided it would be funny. after stealing some of scuzz's quotes (thanks donks), i did this little ditty.........

But woah man, easy on that compressor, this thing pumps like nothing else.

I was going for that pumping sound in the industrial sections, kind of like a bellows or something.

It's not that the music is not the right genre for the video, but more that at some scenes the music doesn't follow the action of the video. Like 0.33 - 0.45 the video is quite intense but the music is quite mellow.

Well, not too keen on the tom-toms actually, just didn't wanna be too negative. Sorry.

But just the fact that you have gone a step further than everyone else and made music for a video is very
