As much as I like the idea you are bringing through this track I could not help the feeling as if each instrument or vocal samples is an independent source.
Errrrr in short especially in the beginning when a new sound or beat is introduced it feels as if a new song is starting rather then progressing on the melodies.
I would suggest fiddling a bit with the envelopes on the brass/string sound to get a more fluent play of the melody offered (longer attacks and releases).
