if you find a possible bug/problem with your software, and you report it (with sufficient detail) in an appropriate place, how long do you think its acceptable for the report to be acknowledged? (I dont mean fixed)
ie, you might put in a 'ticket' online, and get an email in 24hours...might just be an automated email, doesnt mean its been looked at...
you might post in a forum, and get no reply for 24hours...or 4 weeks...
whats your 'acceptable' time to at least get a polite 'we've seen it' ?

I vote 2 weeks, if at all. Companies like to think I'm not important. The only bugs I've had in Reaper are from the biggest companies. I assume it's related to excess bloat, copy protection, the little guys with who knows what ability have stable plugins.

I'm not sure why I deleted this. I'm just having a bad feeling.
