suggestions on studio monitors

I am planning to buy Alesis 520 for my home studio which is a small room 5x5. Will that be good? Should i go ahead and buy?

What do your ears need? There's that triangle between the monitors and your head that's most important - because NFMs are near. You got to test them near, at the volumes you will most likely be working at, with familiar material.
