Why not release the Gr8 version of Guitar Rig straight away?

My bet is on GR6 and Absynth 6 (or a replacement of Absynth, wouldn't surprise me at all).

I had thought that an Absynth replacement (called Artestry?) (Absynth > Alchemy > Artestry) may be what NI does to give it a facelift.

How about if they Reaktor a DAW?

One thing I know about Komplete 10 is it will be a disappointment.

For me, for the asking price, Komplete could never be a disappointment, since no one else offers so much content.

I have Komplete Ultimate 8, and if I upgrade to KU 10, I will get at least 25 new products for the price of 2 or 3 items.

I also have Komplete 8, skipped 9. What is the expected upgrade price to K10?

I would have said the same before, but now Australians have been hit with a massive price rise by NI. Komplete is $699 and Ultimate is $1399. Not such a no-brainer for us anymore. It's not just the Komplete bundles either, it's all their instruments. For example, Razor is $149 now and Absynth is $279. These price rises are right across the range. Crazy stuff. If this has been mentioned before, I apologise, but my mind is blown.

Yeah, all they have to do is include everything that's been released to date (and that's what KU is, isn't it?) for me to consider it a complete steal.........especially if there's another 50% sale at Christmas.

I only just installed K9 a few weeks ago. My wallet is definitely cringing at the though of K10 (as I will be going K10U if I decide to update).
