What VSTs have you gotten rid of recently?

Especially with the amount of free VSTs out there, I'm curious on what you've given up in order to be able to focus. I currently have way too many and am working on narrowing things down.

I haven't gotten rid of any lately, but several years back I gave myself the challenge of making a song using only the samples, samplers, and effects included with Ableton Live 4. I wrote one of my IMO best songs that way, and in a few hours at that.
So, yeah, stripping down your setup can yield results.
(I cheated BTW and added one instance of Absynth.

A well-behaved signature.

A couple of freebies that gave me nothing but trouble whenever any new software with VST hosting capabilities tried to scan them, can't really remember their names. Free compressors and stuff like that downloaded before I got into "proper" commercial ones and then never really used. Pffth, good riddance! I really have issues getting rid of, well, anything (I'm a hoarder at heart, I think
) - but, ah, that felt good!

Now that I've gotten the taste for it I'm even considering selling my Rob Papen licenses as I've hardly used them except a little touch of the reverb and delay here and there, but I'll probably regret it if I did...

Pretty much all of my rompler/samplers + samples. Wusik 7, STank2, Dim Pro, SFZ, SF2, GIGA, Wavs.
All converted -> Kontakt.
I still have a few sample libraries in Independence/ENGINE 2 format, but that's going to take some more time to convert.

My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

I think I'm going to get rid of omnisphere and trilian. I don't own as much stuff as you think. I have a bunch of stuff from toontrack, cakewalk, FL, and a couple of waves I don't really need anymore. Mostly I enjoy my collection

Most of Variety of Sound stuff but SlickHDR. They were all enigmatic and not clear enough to me. All but SlickHDR (which is unique tool) can be replaced with something more simple and straightforward, for example Izotope Ozone or even stock Ableton plugins.

An IK massacre.... CSR, TRacks and Sampletank 2. Kontakt is the standard nowadays, I'm not updating ST2 to ST3 just to go 64 bit. Valhalla/Reverb Classics and NI's premium Tube/Solid Mix series sound better for me. I'd sell the IK stuff, but the transfer fee is probably more than I'd get for the plugs. Off to the Hard disk in the sky, then.
I also got rid of all the freebies except Acon Multiply [still figuring out where it fits for me, though]. I have a core set of synths that I know well, that's how I work best.

Got my list together. Problem is that with the market place rule changes, you have to do all in one (which is too big a title) and then constantly edit things and a 48 hour wait between bumps. Thanks to all the people who f'ed up the marketplace and ruined it to put those into place
