Korg Legacy ,New emu Virtual samplers :great ideas but why not stick some hi spec ram and extra dsps in them instead of draining my already stretched resources!
Hardware vs Software...... its all down to what works for the song and what fits your budget.
I personally believe a hybrid setup offering the best of both would suit a lot of peoples working methods . So lets stop the slagging and see if we can think of the best way to integrate the two.
Personal opinion is always just that .If i like a les paul miced through a bluesbreaker and you favour a line 6 modelling guitar through amplitude so what its all still rock and roll!
