I don't believe anyone received an upgrade code...email Simon at Air for it.

Pretty sad they put a system in place that doesn't work. Then they know this and it still doesn't work. Wonder how many sales they lost because of this.

We are presently replacing this with a more robust system apologies for the inconvenience, I think anyone can attest we are very fast at getting back to any questions

Well what email should I use? I emailed you all earlier tonight to get my code but never got a response. I got one here right away. Can I pm you my details and get the upgrade code tonight or what? I'll admit I had a really tough day today so this is really annoying me more than it normally would. Still I should not have to jump through hoops to make a purchase.

Yeah I had the same problem but unlike their 'automated' system (that doesn't seem to work), Simon was very fast at responding and getting me them. Thanks again Simon.

To be honest, no

I'm still waiting for the installers. I contacted AIR via the default contact page, via support page and directly through your email account, and I've only received replies from you so far. I don't know if my messages just didn't arrive AIR or if you resolved this internally.
Anyways, receiving one email per day without any progress since 3 days is not what I would call "very fast".

Sorry for your frustration that's certainly not what we want. Thanks for your patience while we upgrade the site to take this all to the next level. Unfortunately I am based in the UK so may have been asleep

I am also impressed by Ignite

Just reinstalled it to use with my MPK Mini v1, and it's like a hybrid synth/mini DAW, in that all the controllers already are learned, so it is pure plug and play.

I hope DB-33 gets set free also. I have not used Xpand2 since I switched to Studio One.
