15 years ago today, we lost a brilliant producer.

Some of you will know him as one half of C.M., others will know him as one half of Zodiac and many will know him simply by his solo works or other associations. My personal trance top five of all time list hold no less than three tracks by him, C.M. - Dream Universe, Zodiac - Change and Marino Stephano - Free Time.

He greatly reinforced my love for trance during the latter part of the 90's. His tracks always tended towards simplicity, yet an unusually high percentage of them remain timeless to this day. I still find myself playing his tracks on a regular basis, and given the very nature of trance music, this alone is a testament to the depth and quality of his work.

A great producer and a great loss.
