It doesn't even have to be a store. It could just be the names of synths and expansions with links to the soundsets and/or factory banks you've done. You impressed me with your Alchemy and Zebra work and now I like to know what tools you add sounds for too.brok landers wrote:i always wanted to do my own store, i just don´t find the time, as it would take quite a while to set it up properly… let´s see, maybe one day i will eventually be able to do that.Compyfox wrote:I think I asked this before - but did you ever create a page where you sell/give away your sound sets on one place?
Or are you still mainly focusing on factory sounds? >snip<

As many of you guys know, you don't have to purchase SynthMaster to use our expansions: Simply download the free player, then you can purchase the expansion and import it into the free player and use it. As simple and affordable as thatGHOST19 wrote:I mostly heard standard VA and trancey stuff from Synthmaster before, nice to see different sounds from this powerful beast !
I have GAS now
About the price of the new bank: 50 presets for $15.
.... and pretttyyy soon, you'll be able to use them/purchase them inside SynthMaster Player for iOS
Good night everyone!

And I've been trying to dump Synthmaster. Not because of it being a bad synth, because quite the contrary, it is an excellent synth. I'm just really annoyed at their emails being fraught with script errors locking up my email client and the continual download from site issues. Sometimes, it's the little things that seem to be ignored or never get addressed...
Great sound on that demo!
A caveat on the NFR license though. Any sound banks you buy will be locked to the license you buy it under, so it may be better to lock them to the player license instead of having them become NFR by association.

Well, this is the first time I am hearing about such a script error? We use ymlp.com to send out our newsletters, and they modify the html to track clicks on the newsletter. Maybe those are causing issues?BBFG# wrote:And I've been trying to dump Synthmaster. Not because of it being a bad synth, because quite the contrary, it is an excellent synth. Regarding downloads: During announcement of updates there might be a heavy load on the server, but at normal times we don't observe any issues. And even when there is heavy load, all download requests are queued (yes, I implemented a queue mechanism as well, since I have been a .Net IT developer

I already improved the downloads by adding the queueing mechanism. Prior to that the server was hanging when multiple users were attempting to download at the same time. Right now they wait for a couple of minutes and they receive a direct download link which is valid for 5 days.BBFG# wrote:Both are in need of improvement, and have been for some time.
I guess you're implying you see no reason to do so.

The upgrade I downloaded in the last couple of weeks had the same problems.
Persistence pays off as it was able to download on about the tenth attempt.
Which has been the usual since I originally bought into the 'everything upgrade.
Don't really want to derail this thread any more, its all been mentioned on the KV331 sub-forum before.
But the caveat for this thread is really about making sure the winner doesn't tie any soundsets to an NFR, or they too become NFR with it.

Congrats to nickamandote!
I guess more people had Synthmaster in mind without mentioning it in their posts. Since only the first one who guessed it right would win the game it wasn't very useful to mention Synthmaster again.
Mind reading?brok landers wrote:i was a little baffeled how few had synthmaster in thought….

This and it was guessed early on, not to mention that many will not guess something they already own and instead guess something else they want but don't yet have.Timfonie wrote:Congrats to nickamandote!Mind reading?brok landers wrote:i was a little baffeled how few had synthmaster in thought….

Hence, a lot of guesses, hopes and wishes for Bazille.
Having seen just about everything mentioned, I went for what was not - but admit I was being a tad sarcastic in mentioning them (except my mention to Reaktor since the hint came about its advanced architecture, which seemed the only logical choice at that point).
Congrats to the winner also! It is a great synth.

Just FYI, it took me over 5 hours to download synthmaster the other day. The first three attempts failed at ~20% (timeout errors). Anyway, I have it now...kv331 wrote:I already improved the downloads by adding the queueing mechanism.
