Case building on the cheap2014-09-10T13:16:22+00:00This is not ultra-cool or super-fancy. This is a get'er done variety DIY. I needed some additional MU but hadn't gotten round to funding another case. Anyone into modular synths can attest how expensive simply getting rack space can be. So I was taking down some shelves in my garage it kind of hit me that they were about the size of the parts listed on synthesizers.com for a DIY cabinet. And vhalla, warped boards, 2 hand cut 9" sides and $15 of brackets screws and rail wood from Home Depot and we have 16MU!
Never waste good wood ... uh you know what I mean.
