Ok folks, so apparently there could be law suits about Monster and Pulse (really riddiculous, I wouldn't believe it was possible, but apparently it was...), MPhatik is reserved for future effect, so that leaves us with MPower, so be it. Any known law suits?

PS. I'll never buy anything with Monster within the name anymore...

I cannot imagine that a regular vocabulary word like Monster is gone forever from the market only because there is already a product/company having it in their name.

Also, MMonsterSynth is considerably different from MonsterCable if you ask me, so it shouldn't be a problem really.

But, the lawyers..... I know.
