That was damn funny, thanks.
Not to the cat. He needs glasses....bad depth perception.

Sure hope that wasn't a big drop.

But yeah....I couldn't help it and laughed too.

The moral to the story is to think things through clearly before making the leap.

Let's hope v2 is clearly thought through :tu:

I don't think it's bad depth perception, I think it's because it was slippy.

Well JPRacer...you're just too fast for me :hihi:

Cats are known to have excellent vision ;) Hence the joke "He needs glasses" :hihi:

Yep...if he got a grip he prolly would have made the leap. Hmmm....there seems to be a moral in that thought too. ;)

Either way, it wasn't well thought out. ;)

And I hope v2 is thought through and through. :hihi:

I prefer to believe there was a net or landing or something immediately below that prompted the cat to believe it was a safe jump and that all turned out great. For the cat and for those that had the opportunity to laugh at one of life's little pleasures.

Since I believe that cat was unharmed it reminds me of something Wiley Cotoye would do while Roadrunner gives that look of amazement and shakes his head. ;)

Bleepy Beep Beep. :D (Can't do that Roadrunner sound in print but you get the idea.)

They have 9 lives.
8 to go.

Looking at the background it seems to be a second floor jump.
Definitely safe for a cat.

In Rome I saw worse than.

I posted something way back in the Saturday thread with a cat jumping from the top of a phone pole.

Once it hit ground...on its feet...it took off like a shot...
