Here's the trouble : Putte is receiving spammy mail from me ( not through kvr ) I'am really up to date concerning my antivirus and checked the drives.

Who's ( what is ) sending the mails to Putte ( and maybe others ) ?

How it works and what to do ?

ja .. i also got 2 obscure mails from clairefitch .. and for sure it wasnt the fitch we know.

man .. thats scary somehow ..

they all have little attachments with them, and no text. so obviously some nasty shit.

I forgot to say that we haven't exchanged mails before so how can have we been " linked " ??

I received several -- forged, I'm sure -- "from" x_bruce. They come with a virus in the included attachment.

if a third person who knows you both has a virus, you're in trouble. But there's more: outlook stores all email addresses that have been used as a "to:". This means that there are a lot of people out there with ZILLIONS of email addresses in their address book. So, if one of those gets a virus, the virus starts spamming everyone.
You can see how this quickly becomes a Big Problem.

Sollution: none.

Long-term sollution: move away from microsoft products: Thunderbird and Firefox are the way to go. Of course this won't stop you from RECIEVING virusses, but at least it will stop you from getting nasty virusses.

I guess it will get worse then : lots of netsky crashing on my Norton " windshield " recently !!

I really begin to think that all those virus / worms are crafted in the depths of Apple buildings !

i pay my internet provider to get rid of it .. i set up every rule possible..

still i get it everyday..

i get spam rage when i see it now

That is so cool. Thanks to that I just got an email from GW Bush (honest) begging me to get him out of the mess he made in Iraq.
