Look, I get that you're under a lot of pressure. But so is everyone.Slarti wrote:.

And no,I'm not arrogant, Im just stating my opinion! I'm just a Joe Nobody who's being Sick and Tired of your 'fanboys' (m & f) overshouting every other synth that gets released.

Well, but what is your point?Slarti wrote:.Urs wrote:In two months you will change your mind.Slarti wrote:But alas u-he has no love for people with older computers. Doesn't care about optimizing. .
Don't think so! Your Prices are also too high for me! (Am only on minimal disability pay!!) .![]()
I want to drive a Porsche, but the price is too high for me (I only have an average office job income).
Which VST has an acceptable price in your opinion? Bet it's not Sylenth, nor Massive nor Spire...

It's a new synth, it's good, it gets attention, that's just how it isSlarti wrote:I'm just a Joe Nobody who's being Sick and Tired of your 'fanboys' (m & f) overshouting every other synth that gets released. The 'Cult of U-he' is omnipresent.!
There are plenty of alternatives which you can look at instead.

Fanboism is a completely different thing.Slarti wrote: And no,I'm not arrogant, Im just stating my opinion! I'm just a Joe Nobody who's being Sick and Tired of your 'fanboys' (m & f) overshouting every other synth that gets released.
Hyping an average product is fanboism (Apple anyone?), not fully acknowledging a really good, well-rounded one..
But haters gonna hate...

< Fan of the company. No one has shown more presence than them or acknowledged to mention as many comments in such a positive way (I have to mention Camel is right up there with them too).
I tire of these developers who only show up to announce and sell and suddenly disappear whenever an 'issue' arises. And this growing dichotomy gets me to be a bigger fan of these two companies on a regular basis.
I don't think I really needed Bazille. The only product(s) I had was the Zebra(s) and the synth demos. Price and the included presets had something to do with succumbing to this deal, but the number one factor for buying a second product from them was in knowing how they are a constant, every day force that is one of the best examples of business and support anywhere.
I had four good products that I decided to get rid of simply because of how those companies are here to promote, but become indifferent, condescending or non-existent when support is needed. Shame when that's what kills them and I'm learning the 'poker-tells' of these types before buying to better avoid them now also.
Best companies and support by far... U-He and Camel.
Oh, and I happen to love their products too!

Out of curiosity: how high goes the avarage CPU level for one single Bazille patch with I5 or I7? Here (macbook pro core2duo) playing with the demo, it goes on 20-30%, sometimes even 50%. My computer is too old for Diva, Ace and Bazille requirements, alas. On the contrary, Zebra2 goes pefectly, it is very gentle with old CPUs.

The GearPorn skin wasn't named by chance, it is beautiful and practical, easier to use with everything within reach
I wish Propellerhead would take note, this is exactly how they should gear up Reason GUI

Going through the presets, I noticed it changed drastically from patch to patch. First time through, I neglected to find the multi-core switch and noticed most were coming in around 20-30% with some as low as 7% and some reaching 98% playing chords rhythmically.mhog wrote:Out of curiosity: how high goes the avarage CPU level for one single Bazille patch with I5 or I7? (I was running as a stand-alone under Savihost).
Once I clicked on the Multi-core support, most where closer around 7-12% with the highest patch hitting just under 30. (lighter if playing less notes of course).
It seems to 'idle' around 3% but I wouldn't count that as the anything accurate since I didn't initialize to find out what it was there.
Those numbers always show lower in my DAW... perhaps it utilizes all the cores differently than under savihost?

I'm not sure how many tracks you typically have, but I have an I5 and can run one or two instances of Diva fine. Usually once I get to the mixdown I have to freeze them, which I used to consider to be a pain and a drawback to purchasing Diva. After incorporating some hardware synths into the mix, freezing tracks doesn't seem that big of a deal to me anymore.mhog wrote:Out of curiosity: how high goes the avarage CPU level for one single Bazille patch with I5 or I7? As to Bazille on a similar system, I don't recall what my CPU got up to. I would guess because of the modular function of it, it would be dependent on how many modulation options you're incorporating into your sounds, what effects/filters you're using etc.
