Thats just a vst-rack! You can't make mono synths polyphonic with this.. or 8 voices to 32 voices with 4 instances.
But i think there are some things that can do that...?

Yeah, there's pizmidi plugins which can separate polyphony by channel, I think. Then load 4 instances of V-Station and off you go.
Incidentally, this is exactly what I'm doing with SQ8L in Reaper. 32 poly FTW!

Has the 64Bit version eventually some bugs? It crashes Cubase 6.5 on Win8. The 32Bit version is working without such problems.

Tbh, i'm still on version 1.7, as the authorization of the newer versions didn't work well, and i also had other issues with them. Sorry to hear you also have problems with it. Maybe they're not fixing the right things. I was just talking generally, that they still update their old plugins after years, also the Bass Station VSTi.

The bundle with the V-Station, Bass Station, and their effect suite is still available too... but yeah, i wouldn't buy the V-Station for 79.95 too. 
Or were you talking about the price stated on the KVR plugin details page? That must be the initial price they started selling it for. Not up to date anymore.
