...As for the Spring Reverb mode 3 question, it works on my system in all my hosts, and I cant reproduce it atm. even if I switch and go forth and back several and many many times between the different reverb algorythms. So maybe this bug depends on other additional connexions ? Or could be specific config relted.. I'll UL asap a preset that allows to test the reverb on your system. Its a preset where the Spring Reverb is modulated by an oscillator. Effect guaranteed

At first thank you for investigating this. Funnily it does not work at all. With one exception: I was under the assumption that I got it working ONCE yesterday but after switching it was complete dead again. But I will give your testpatch a try.

Btw the INIT preset (2osc) starts with OLD XILS mode enabled. And I can´t import/export presets as well like some other users. I spent quite some time with the Reaper config but no luck so far. No windows are poppin`up for me.

OS: 32bit XP pro DAW: Reaper latest build (or one of the latest) 32 bit as well.


I already registered for the XILS forum so if you like I can open a dedicated thread over there.

Thanks FLWrd. What typo do you mean the dot inside Seq.uencer

If you enlarge the sequencer pin matrix, it says A B A B A B in the row headers instead of A B C D E F. Connexion is French-ish, the English word is "Connection", or "Connections" (the x occurs twice, but the main title of the SEQ MATRIX tab is spelled properly). There is also an inconsistency in the labels in the keyboard connection matrix' small and enlarged version. Just very minor things.

Regarding SPRING MODE 3 issue: I narrowed it down. It only happens to me @ either 48kHz & 96kHz. Works properly @ 44.1kHz. The issue seems not audio driver related because it happens on different drivers.

And I tested the IMPORT issue on two different hosts as well. Still does not work for me.

For the mouse over labels for the two outputs pan parameters it works ok for me : It indicates left and right as they should. Could someone confirm it shows EXT on some sytems ? ( Found by Amused )

i found the contrary PAN EXT on the skin and Pan Left and Pan Right for the mouse over labels

Connexion vs Connection...i knew i forgot to report one.

(Jumped out at me right away too.)


I also encountered a couple of other things that qualify as bugs, unfortunately i didnt write them down. (But will do so next time.) One i do still remember though, namely that the Note Priority switch acts funny. It manifests differently with different sounds, but you can check it quickly by holding down a key on the startup preset and just clicking on the switch. Sound will be interrupted immediately. If you click on the switch while holding down a key on 'C.D. Aatami Pad II' (to name just one random example) you can hear that it also changes the pitch, namely to C3. I also had one case where i held down a key to run a sequence, where dragging the switch up and down would crash the audio process. (You know, the 'Click of Death', after which the audio remains dead until you restart the plugin.)


Will make a list of the other things when i really have the time to dig in deeper, i.e. the weekend.

EDIT: I just remembered another one. The AMNT x4 switch has no effect on the 12dB filter.

Oh, and one other thing.

I noticed that inputting notes in sequencer Row-A will also create notes in Row-B and vice-versa.

The same goes for C/D and E/F

Is this intended behavior?

Typical access problem where the main DLL wont find the support DLL unless it is either in the dir that holds the executable of the parent app (i.e. the hosts EXE), or System32, where all hosts can access it.
